胎盘早剥合并妊高征的临床护理体会

Clinical nursing experience on placental abruption combined with pregnancy induced hypertension

目的:探讨胎盘早剥合并妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床护理体会。方法:收治胎盘早剥合并妊娠期高血压患者80例,随机分为对照组和研究组各40例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用综合护理。结果:两组患者阴道分娩率、剖宫产率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组新生儿死亡率、窒息率、正常出生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为胎盘早剥合并妊娠期高血压患者采取综合护理措施可以改善产妇妊娠结局与新生儿出生结局。

Objective：To explore the clinical nursing experience on placental abruption combined with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods：80 patients with placental abruption combined with gestational hypertension were selected,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine nursing,and the study group were treated with comprehensive nursing.Results：There was significant difference in vaginal delivery rate and cesarean section rate between groups（P〈0.05）.The neonatal mortality rate,asphyxia rate and normal birth rate of the study group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing care can improve the pregnancy outcome and neonatal birth outcomes in patients with placental abruption combined with gestational hypertension.
