心功能不全患者合并呼吸道感染的护理

Nursing care on patients with cardiac insufficiency complicated with respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨心功能不全合并呼吸道感染的护理。方法:收治心功能不全合并呼吸道感染患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理。结果:观察组康复例数明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于心功能不全合并呼吸道感染的患者给予针对性的护理,可以明显改善患者症状,提高康复率。

Objective：To investigate the nursing care of patients with cardiac insufficiency complicated with respiratory tract infection.Methods：60 patients with cardiac dysfunction and respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were given conventional nursing mode,and the observation group were given targeted nursing.Results：The number of rehabilitation cases in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;the average hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：For patients with cardiac function combined with respiratory tract infection,targeted nursing can significantly improve the symptoms and improve the rehabilitation rate.
