深圳市龙园社区居民对家庭医生签约服务模式的满意度与健康需求的调查

Investigation on the satisfaction and health needs of residents in Longyuan Community of Shenzhen City for family doctor contracted service model

目的:探讨深圳市龙园社区居民对家庭医生签约服务模式的满意度与健康需求。方法:对深圳市龙华区龙园社区150名居民进行问卷调查,分析调查结果。结果:回收有效问卷147份(98%),对家庭医生签约服务认可方面表示满意52.4%(77/147),基本满意37.4%(55/147),一般6.8%(10/147),不太满意3.4%(5/147),很不满意0。现阶段居民的主要健康需求项目中健康体检82%(120/147),预防接种74%(109/147),疾病诊治68%(100/147),疾病转诊25%(37/147),康复保健54%(79/147),健康咨询与指导28%(41/147),健康指标监测与评估28%(41/147),健康随访42%(62/147),家庭病床20%(29/147)。结论:深圳市龙园社区居民对家庭医生签约服务认可程度高,对健康需求的项目比较多,家庭医生签约服务可长期进行,为社区居民提供有利于健康的服务。

Objective：To explore the satisfaction and health needs of residents in Longyuan Community of Shenzhen City for family doctor contracted service model.Methods：We conducted a questionnaire survey of 150 residents in Longyuan Community of Longyuan Community of Shenzhen City and analyzed the findings.Results：147 valid questionnaires（98%） were recovered;52.4%（77/147） were satisfaction for family doctor signing service;37.4%（55/147） were basic satisfaction;6.8%（10/147） were general;3.4%（5/147） were not satisfied;none was very dissatisfied.In the main health needs of residents at the present stage of the project,the proportion of health examination was 82%（120/147）;the vaccination proportion was 74%（109/147）;the proportion of disease diagnosis and treatment was 68%（100/147）;the disease referral proportion was 25%（37/147）;the rehabilitation care proportion was54%（79/147）;the health counseling and guidance proportion was 28%（41/147）;the proportion of health monitoring and assessment was 28%（41/147）;the proportion of health follow-up was 42%（62/147）;the proportion of family beds was 20%（29/147）.Conclusion：The residents in Longyuan Community of Shenzhen City had high degree of acceptance of family doctor signing service.They need more health care programs.Family doctor signing service can be carried out for a long time,so as to provide health services for community residents.
