产科护理中潜在的不安全因素调查及防范对策

Investigation of potential unsafe factors in obstetric care and preventive measures

目的:探讨产科护理过程中潜在的不安全因素及防范对策。方法:收治孕产妇150例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:孕产妇不安全因素主要有医护人员的因素和孕产妇自身原因。结论:当前在医院产科的护理过程中,存在着很多潜在的不安全因素,因此医院要加强对医护人员的有效管理,促使其综合素质的有效提升,并提出有效的防范对策,从而保证护理质量的提高。

Objective：To explore the potential unsafe factors and preventive measures in obstetric care process.Methods：150 maternal were selected,then their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results：The insecurity factors of pregnant women mainly include the factors of medical staff and pregnant women themselves.Conclusion：Currently,nursing process in the hospital has a lot of potential unsafe factors,so the hospital should strengthen the effective management of medical staff,to improve the comprehensive quality,and puts forward some effective preventive measures,so as to ensure effective to improve the quality of nursing.
