摘要
运用文献资料法,从中国知网和pubmed搜集有关徒步运动与健康体适能的文献资料,并对其归纳整理,探讨徒步运动对人体健康体适能的影响,结果表明:合适强度的徒步运动对人体健康体适能的心肺功能、肌力和肌耐力以及身体成分有一定程度的改善,对于柔韧性有积极影响,同时徒步运动干预在各类疾病的预防和治疗过程中发挥作用.
Through literature study,this paper collects relevant information about hiking and the health-relat-ed physical fitness from CNKI and Pubmed and analyzes the influence of hiking on the health-related physi-cal fitness.The research result demonstrates that hiking in proper intensity has influences on the cardiopulmo-nary function,body composition,muscle strength and endurance and body flexibility.Meanwhile,hiking alsoplays an important role in the prevention and treatment of any diseases.
