摘要
高职院校班干部职务吸引力不足现象已经成为高职院校班级建设和管理工作的难点。班干部职务吸引不足的实质就是当前的班干部工作难以满足高职学生的需求。根据赫茨伯格的双因素理论,高职院校可以从转变观念、加强教育、正向引导等方面加以改进。
The lack of attraction of class cadre in higher vocational college has become the difficulty of its class construction and management. On the basis of the connotation of the lack of attraction of class cadre,the article summarizes its performance and uses the Heinzberg's two-factor theory to analyze the reasons for the class cadre's position to be less attractive to the students from the aspects of health factors and incentive factors,and then put forward improvements.
