摘要
与结构性质量相比,过程性质量应该是学前教育质量评价的核心,它能更有效地预测学前儿童的发展。通过对国内外学前教育质量评价标准进行比较分析,发现中外学前教育质量评价观存在明显差异:国际上更重视过程性质量,我国则偏重结构性质量。由此提出了基于过程性的学前教育基本质量评价观。
Compared with structural quality, procedural quality can predict the development of preschool education more effectively. It should be the core of the quality evaluation of preschool education. Based on the reorganization of the evaluation standards of preschool education at home and abroad,this paper explains the differences of the evaluation concept of preschool education quality between China and foreign countries: international evaluation pays more attention to procedural quality,but our country emphasizes structural quality. The paper puts forward the basic quality evaluation concept of preschool education based on procedural evaluation.
