摘要
为了提高稻壳热解气的质量,需要对稻壳进行干燥预处理。在综合分析热风干燥原理的基础上,利用稻壳热解炉排出的高温烟气作为热风源,设计了一种稻壳高温烟气干燥系统,对其中的干燥器进行了结构设计,采用高温烟气与稻壳逆流的干燥方式,在干燥器中设置了扰动装置,减缓了稻壳下落的速度,在干燥器进出口分别设置了温度传感器,对干燥过程进行监控。选取了稻壳和高温烟气的进出口温度以及稻壳下落速度等参数,确定了干燥器的结构尺寸和操作参数。研究结果表明,在相同处理量情况下,本干燥系统减小了干燥器的纵向尺寸,降低了高温烟气的流速,从而可降低干燥器的安装要求,减少干燥器的热损,提高干燥系统的性能。
In order to improve the quality of rice hull pyrolysis gas,the rice husk needs to be deal with dry pretreatment. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the principle of hot air drying,using the hot exhaust gas of rice hull retort as a heat source,the authors put forward a rice hull hot exhaust gas drying system,designed the dryer with hot exhaust gas and rice hull counter-current dry method. A disturbance device was installed in the dryer,which can slow down the speed of rice hull whereabouts. And two temperature sensors were respectively set in the import and export of the dryer to monitor the drying process. This paper selected the import and export temperature of the hot exhaust gas and the rice hull,and rice hull parameters such as falling speed,determined the structure size of the dryer and the operating parameters of the system. The study indicates that the system can decrease the vertical size of the dryer,reduce the speed of the hot exhaust gas,thus can reduce the dryer's installation requirements,reduce the heat loss of the dryer,and improve the performance of the drying system.
