TQM视角下“中高本”贯通教育模式教学质量保障体系研究——以南京旅游职业学院为例

Research on the Teaching Quality Assurance System of the Program Linking up Vocational and Undergraduate Education from the Perspective of TQM:Taking Nanjing Institute of Tourism and Hospitality as an Example

梳理现阶段"中高本"贯通教育模式在实施过程中存在的问题与不足。引入全面质量管理(TQM)的概念,提出教学质量"全过程"把控、"全方位"保证和"全员性"参与的理念,并以此为依据,构建"中高本"贯通教育模式下TQM教学质量保障体系。

The problems of the program linking up vocational and undergraduate education in the process of implementation were analyzed in this paper.At the same time,the concept of full quality management(TQM) is introduced,the concept of the whole process control,all directions guarantee and full participation is put forward.On this basis,the paper establishes the teaching quality guarantee system of the program linking up vocational and undergraduate education through TQM.
