中西医结合护理干预对小儿脑性瘫痪病人的临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effect of nursing intervention of Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for children with cerebral palsy

[目的]探讨中西医结合护理干预对小儿脑性瘫痪病人临床疗效。[方法]按照随机数字表法将本院收治的70例脑性瘫痪的患儿分为对照组和观察组各35例。对照组患儿在康复训练中采用常规护理模式。观察组在常规护理模式基础上实施中西医结合护理干预。半年后对比分析两组疗效和发育商(DQ)。[结果]经过治疗,观察组患儿总有效率为97.1%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿发育商治疗后均有所提高,但观察组治疗后发育商明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合护理干预对小儿脑性瘫痪的治疗有明显的促进作用,能提高治疗的总有效率和发育商。

Objective：To probe into the clinical effect of nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for children with cerebral palsy.Methods：According to random number table method,a total of 70 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 patients in each group.The patients in control group received routine nursing model in rehabilitation training,while the patients in observation group added the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention.After six months,the efficacy and development quotient（DQ）of the two groups were compared and analyzedObservation group：the infants were given nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,beside of conventional nursing.After treatment for six months,the effect and DQ of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.1%,significantly higher than that in control group（P〈0.05）;after treatment,the development quotient of the two groups of children were improved,which in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing intervention of integrated traditional chinese and western medicine has obvious promoting effect on the treatment of cerebral palsy in children,and can improve the total effective rate and development quotient.
