党的群众路线经历了持续探索形成过程,到延安时期最终形成。在探索过程中,人民军队发挥了特殊的重要作用。在白色恐怖和秘密状态下,群众路线遇到挑战,是毛泽东等中国共产党人,将军队与人民群众实现有机结合,解决了这一矛盾。人民军队对于解决"为了谁""依靠谁"、如何依靠以及方式方法等实践问题上起了至关重要的作用,并在党的群众路线形成过程中发挥了自身优势,成为探索党的群众路线理论和进行群众路线实践的最有力先锋。

The Party's mass line experienced a process of continuous exploration and was finally formed in the Yan'an period during the Anti-Japanese War. The People's army played a special,important role during this process. Due to the white terror and underground working status,the mass line faced severe challenges. Mao Zedong,together with other communists,solved this contradiction by organically combining the army with the mass people. The people's army played an important role in answering questions such as " whom to fight for", " whom to rely on" and how to rely on,and made good use of its own advantages during the forming of the Party's mass line,becoming the most powerful vanguard exploring the theory of mass line and practicing the mass line of the Party.
