党内政治文化是融入党员干部血脉的精神标识,反映着党员干部最深层、最执著的精神追求,是党的全部政治活动的引领。先进的党内政治文化是全面从严治党的深厚土壤和精神滋养。党内存在这样那样的问题,从根本上讲是政治文化出了问题。当前围绕全面从严治党,需要拿出正本之举、治本之策,从坚定理想信念、学习遵守党章党规、严肃党内政治生活、传承优秀文化、领导干部引领入手,建设先进的党内政治文化。

Intra-party political culture is the spiritual mark melted into the blood vessels of party member cadres,reflecting their spiritual pursuance of the deepest layer and being the pilot of all political activities of the Party. An advanced intra-party political culture is the deep soil and spiritual nutrition for comprehensively strengthening party discipline. In case of such and such problems within the Party,there must be something wrong with the intra-party political culture. To comprehensively strengthen party discipline,we need to take actual measures and work out fundamental solutions,and build advanced intra-party political culture from aspects of fortifying ideal and faith,learning and abiding by party rules,strengthening intra-party political life,passing on excellent culture,and setting models by leading cadres.
