科学的思想方法是领导才能的灵魂,是领导能力结构中最基本、最重要的要素,掌握正确的思想方法对每一名领导干部都是十分重要的。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,领导干部要有新气象新作为。面对新形势新任务,领导干部应具备以下思想方法:多些道,少些术;当官就应当不易;始终牢牢掌握工作的主动权;诚实无破绽;不卑不亢成常态;办法总比困难多;方略是谈出来的;力求高标准,接受缺憾性;公生正,廉生威;智慧加勇气,所向披靡;未雨绸缪,才能防患于未然;和谐不是和稀泥,团结不是一团和气;将心比心,以心换心;求大同、存小异,寻求最大公约数;学习工作化,工作学习化;实践出真知;统筹兼顾。

Scientific thinking methods are the soul of a leader's talent,being the most fundamental and the most important element of the leadership competence structure. It is very important for each leader to master correct thinking methods. As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the leading cadres should show new look and make new achievements. Faced by the new situation and new mission,leading cadres should master the following thinking methods:more emphases on Tao,less on skills; being a leader is not easy; always mastering the initiative of work; being honest is of no flaw; it is normal to be neither humble nor pushy; methods are always more than difficulties; tactics are based on negotiation; pursue to high standard,but accept pities;equity leads to healthy atmosphere and cleanness to authority; wisdom plus courage means everything; plan ahead; harmony doesn't mean reconciling differences regardless of principles; judge another person's feeling by one's own; seek common points while reserving differences,seek for the greatest common divisor; learning as work,work as learning; knowledge starts with practice;make over plans and take all relevant factors into consideration.
