石林县烤烟专业服务合作社发展初探

农民专业合作社对于巩固农业基础地位,提高农民的组织化程度,促进农业产业化,增强农产品竞争力等方面具有重要意义。旨为探索烤烟专业技术合作社多元化发展、促进农民增收提供范例,本研究介绍了石林县烤烟专业技术服务合作社发展历程,总结了其做法和经验。石林县烤烟专业技术服务合作社在做精做强烤烟专业化服务的基础上,积极转变组织模式,深入对接市场需求,发展了黑木耳、双孢菇、三角梅等种植产业以及牛、鱼、鸡为主的养殖产业;建立了面向农村的劳务中心,发展了农村劳动力输出业务。通过烤烟产业带动非烟产业发展,拓宽农民的增收渠道。

Farmers' professional cooperatives are of great significance in consolidating the basic position of agriculture,increasing the degree of farmers' organization promoting agricultural industrialization and enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products.Aims to explore the flue-cured tobacco professional and technical cooperatives diversified development to promote farmers to provide examples of income,this paper introduces the development course of professional technical service cooperatives in Shilin County,summarizes its practice and experience.on the basis of professional services,it changes the organizational model actively,develops the market demand deeply,and develops black fungus,agaricus bisporus,bougainvillea and other planting industry and cattle,fish,chicken-based farming industry; establishes labor center servicing for country,develops rural labor output business.It promotes non-tobacco industry development through the flue-cured tobacco industry,and broadens the farmers income channels.
