基于DEA的家庭农场经营效率评价——以云南省楚雄市为例

The Analysis of Family Farm Business Efficiency Based on DEA:Taking Chuxiong City of Yunnan Province as an Example

在发展现代农业的新形势下,家庭农场作为重要的新型农业经营主体备受各级政府和业主的高度重视。处于发展初级阶段的家庭农场,需要向有质量、有特色相对成熟的方向迈进。基于此,本研究选取云南省楚雄市30户家庭农场,运用数据包络模型(DEA)对投入产出指标进行经营效率评价,提出了开展家庭农场认定管理、鼓励工商登记、创建示范家庭农场、引导土地向家庭农场流转、提升家庭农场经营水平、强化政策支持等推动家庭农场健康发展的对策建议。

With the development trend of modern agriculture,the family farms as an important new agricultural business entities,are highly valued by governments and owners.However,the development of family farms which is still in early stage need to be improved in its quality,fatures and maturity.Based on this,this study selected 30 family farms in Chuxiong city Yunnan province,and evaluated their operational efficiency on input and output indicators by data envelopment model(DEA).According to the result,this paper suggests that carrying out the family farm accreditation,encouraging industrial and commercial registration,creating demonstration farms,guiding lands transfer to family farms,raising the level of management,strengthening the policy support to promote the well development of family farm in Chuxiong.
