现代学徒制是提高高职人才培养质量的有效途径。通过珠宝首饰专业现代学徒制工作室现状调研,探讨校企共建的现代学徒制工作室的新型培养模式,以及探索校企合作现代学徒制工作室的运行实践和教学方法。
