ISO 9001:2008质量管理体系在我国冷链物流企业中的应用

Application of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System by Chinese Cold Chain Logistics Enterprises

随着冷链物流行业的不断发展,整体产业链也随之茁壮,然而企业之间因不规范而产生的问题也越来越多,造成的损失不可估值。通过分析冷链物流企业管理中存在的作业流程不规范、各阶层人员责任范围界定不清楚等造成难以与国际市场接轨的困扰,以ISO 9001:2008质量管理体系标准为基础,协助冷链物流企业建立规范性流程管理。并透过文件化管理将冷链行业重视过程记录、要求作业规范的特色突显出来,有效降低因不规范而造成的困扰。

In this paper, through analyzing the problems encountered in the management of the cold chain logistics enterprises, we introduced the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system to build the regulative process management system of the cold chain logistics enterprises, then through the practice of documented management, underscored the emphasis of the cold chain industry on process recording and code of practice, and thus effectively reduced the problems caused by the lack of norms in the industry.
