基于丝绸之路经济带核心区建设的新疆农产品冷链物流业发展机遇及潜力研究

Study on Development Opportunity and Potential of Agricultural Produce Cold Chain Logistics Industry in Xinjiang Based on Core Area Construction of Silk Road Economic Belt

在阐述新疆农产品冷链物流业发展现状的基础上,分析了丝绸之路经济带核心区建设对新疆农产品冷链物流业带来的机遇,运用主成分分析法,对新疆农产品冷链物流发展潜力进行综合评价,合理优化农产品冷链物流布局、批发市场、城乡配送等方面及加快物流业的产业带动作用,提出了加快新疆农产品冷链物流发展的基本思路和路径。

In this paper, based on illustrating the current development status of the agricultural produce cold chain logistics industry in Xinjiang, we analyzed the opportunity of development brought by the construction of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt for the industry, then using PCA, comprehensively evaluated the development potential of the industry and at the end, proposed the basic path and line of thinking to accelerate its development, such as reasonably optimizing the layout of the agricultural produce cold chain logistics industry, developing more wholesale markets and urban-rural distribution and strengthening the pulling effect of the logistics industry, etc.
