基于数据包络分析的整车销售网格资源配置效率评估

摘要 应用网格资源配置方法和数据包络分析方法为整车销售企业提供评估销售资源的合理途径。首先介绍了整车销售网格资源配置效率评估流程,然后应用数据包络分析方法构建了整车销售网格资源配置效率评估系统,最后通过案例具体阐述了基于数据包络分析的整车销售网格资源配置效率评估的过程。 In this paper, using the grid resource deployment method and DEA, we provided a reasonable path for evaluating the sales resources of the automobile selling enterprises. At first, we introduced the process of the evaluation of the resources deployment efficiency of the automobile sales grid, then used the DEA to build the corresponding efficiency evaluation system and at the end, through a specific case,demonstrated the DEA-based resources deployment efficiency evaluation process of the automobile sales grid.
