摘要
研究了多态不确定环境下快递网点选址问题。根据实际应用需要,综合考虑客户收发件的随机性、网点运营费用的区间性以及客户对送件时间的模糊性,建立了多种不确定参数同时存在的网点选址混合规划模型,在不确定理论的基础上,给出了模型的求解方法。
In this paper, we studied the location problem of the express outlets in a polymorphic uncertain environment. In accordance with the demand in practical application and comprehensively considering the randomness of customers in sending or receiving parcels, the ranged property of the outlet operation cost and the fuzziness of the customers regarding delivery time, we built the outlet location hybrid programming model that accommodated multiple uncertain parameters and then based on the uncertainty theory, presented the solution of the model.
