物流金融业务的风险评价研究

Study on Risk Evaluation of Logistics Financing Business

依据物流金融业务的运行特点,较合理地选取影响指标,从定量角度评价物流金融业务的风险影响因子。根据算例分析结果,从中宏观层面综合来看,第三方物流的内部管理风险是物流金融业务的最大风险影响因子,抵押物品风险影响程度次之;从微观来看,第三方物流企业的内部组织管理、内部员工技术,以及抵押物品的价格风险是相对重要的风险因子,在物流金融业务主体的微观决策中需格外引起重视。

In this paper, according to the operational characteristics of the logistics financing business and after selecting reasonably the influence factors, we evaluated quantitatively the risk factors of the logistics financing industry, and then according to the result of a numerical example, determined that, meso-or macroscopically, the internal management risk of the TPL was the largest risk influence factor of the logistics financing business, followed by the pledge risk; and microscopically, the internal organizational management and employee skill of the TPL enterprises and the price risk of the commodities under pledge were relatively important risk factors.
