摘要
贯通培养是构建现代教育体系的重要工作。目前,我国职业教育与普通教育之间存在较大的鸿沟,贯通培养试验在职普两种教育体系之间建立融通的桥梁。以物流管理专业为例,通过对高端技能物流人才培养需求分析,结合贯通培养特点,对贯通物流高端技术技能人才培养模式进行试验研究。
In this paper, in the case of the logistics management specialty, we analyzed the demand for the high-end talents of logistics technology and skill and then in view of the characteristics of the through training, studied experimentally the through training mode in the cultivation of high-end talents of logistics technology and skill.
