A new on-line monitoring device desalination rate of reverse osmosis is introduced in the paper.The desalination rate of each membrane component of the reverse osmosis device is determined by using the automatic control system, which collects and processes data, automatic outputs data recording. The new on-line monitoring device provides more accurate, comprehensive guidance and advice for operation, maintenance, repair of reverse osmosis equipment, prolong chemical cleaning interval of the membrane module and save the running cost.
