人造金刚石方晶在瓷砖切割片中的应用

摘要 通过选择触媒形态或者人为控制合成金刚石的温度和压力,可以获得较高比例的(100)晶面和(111)晶面同等发育的六-八面体聚形金刚石单晶,即所谓的"方晶"。方晶相比于普通的六-八面体聚形金刚石具备更多、更锋利的切割刃,有利于提高金刚石锯片尤其是瓷砖切割片的切割速率。实验结果证明,单纯应用方晶,相比常规的六-八面体聚形金刚石,切割普通全瓷瓷砖的速率可以提升40%以上,超硬瓷砖可以提升27%;匹配不同润滑剂含量的"弱化"型金属胎体,瓷砖片的切割速率可以得到进一步的强化。当润滑剂含量为6wt%时,试验锯片相比于常规切割锯片速率提升超过60%;即便是切割全瓷超硬瓷砖,速率也可提升30%以上。 By choosing catalyst type or controlling the temperature and pressure at HTHP,cubic diamond single crystal can be synthesized with coequal(100) and (111)crystal plane.This kind of diamond has lots of cutting edge which is benefit to enhance cutting speed of diamond blades,especially for tile blades.In this paper,the special cubic diamond grits is utilized into tile blades to seek fast cutting speed.The experimental results show that the cutting speed of the blade using the special cubic diamond can be enhanced 40% for cutting common tile and 27% for cutting superhard tile than using the common blade.When adding the 6wt% lubricant to the bond,the blade cutting speed with the cubic diamond can be improved 60% than the common blade,and it can also improved 30% for cutting the superhard tile.
