摘要
随着当今高速切削领域的迅猛发展,聚晶立方氮化硼刀具因具有加工效率高、耗时短、所加工的产品表面粗糙度小和对环境友好等优势,已逐渐占据着越来越重的市场份额。聚晶立方氮化硼刀具的寿命不仅与作为刀头材料的立方氮化硼的粘结剂种类、cBN含量等有关,还与所选用的刀具结构与刀具几何参数是否与之相匹配有关。文章着重从聚晶立方氮化硼刀具自身出发,阐述近年来研究者在刀具结构领域的最新进展以及人们为提高工件表面质量和延长刀具寿命而进行的刀具几何参数优化与理论研究,并对其未来发展进行展望。
With the rapid development of high-speed cutting,polycrystalline cubic boron nitride tool has gradually claimed an increasing market share due to its superiorities such as high efficiency,time-saving,minimum surface roughness and environment friendly.The service life of PCBN cutting tool is related to not only the type of binder for the tool bit material(Cubic Boron Nitride)and the content of cBN,but also to the fact that whether the structure of the cutting tool would match its geometrical parameter.The latest research progress by researchers in the recent years and geometric parameter optimization and theoretical study to improve the surface quality of the workpiece and to extend the service life of the cutting tool has been discussed in this article.Moreover,the outlook of the future development of it has been offered.
