Data Mining Technology in the use of GSM Voice Quality Improvement

虽然目前各运营商已经大规模建设4G网络,但大部分用户语音通信仍承载在GSM网络上,如何提升GSM网络的通话质量,是提升网络用户感知的重要手段之一。文章通过采用目前流行的数据挖掘工具SPSS软件,运用数据挖掘的原理,查找影响语音通话质量提升的各个因素,为后续的网络优化提供明确方向。

Although the operators have already built 4 G network on a large scale, most users＇ voice communication is still carried on the GSM network. How to improve the quality of GSM network calls is one of the important means to enhance the perception of network users. This paper uses the current data mining tool SPSS software, using the principle of data mining to find the factors that affect the quality of voice calls to provide a clear direction for the follow-up network optimization.
