颈动脉粥样硬化的超声评估及其对冠心病病情的预测价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的对颈动脉粥样硬化的超声评估及其对冠心病病情的预测价值进行分析。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月收治的冠心病患者64例,作为试验组,另抽选34例非冠心病患者作为对照组。给予两组观察对象超声检测,对比其颈动脉内-中膜厚度、斑块积分及斑块检出率。结果试验组的IMT(1.35±0.19)mm、斑块积分为(4.63±1.06)分,均明显高于对照组,其斑块检出率(78.13%)亦明显较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉粥样硬化的超声可以对冠心病发展情况进行有效的预测,有利于临床为患者开展准确的治疗。
