Due to the fast development of tea industry over many years, new technology and equipment have been widely used and further boosted the industrialization of deep processing of tea. In this issue, we explore in Seventy-Two Changes in Tea how many products can be made out of tealeaves, how much we know about tealeaves, and how tea products can satisfy people’s needs and wants for a beautiful life.
