摘要
我国自2002年国家推行项目管理职业资格认证以来,培养各类项目管理人才近15万人,取得了丰硕的成果。本文通过问卷的方式,针对项目管理职业资格认证对从业人员薪酬增长(增薪)和能力提升(提能)产生的效应,以及不同年龄不同行业等从业者自身属性对此效应的影响等问题,以680名通过国家项目管理师培训和认证的从业人员为样本进行调查。从收入、综合知识、管理能力等层面统计分析了项目管理职业资格认证对从业者的影响,为项目管理职业资格认证的持续发展提供理论支撑和数据来源。
Since 2002, China has carried out the program management professional qualification certification, and has cultivated nearly 150,000 talents of various kinds of project management, which has yielded fruitful results. In this paper, through the way of questionnaire, in view of the project management of the professional qualification certification to the employees compensation growth (add salary) and ability enhancement (improve abilities) improve the capacity to produce effect, and different age, different industry practitioners problems such as the influence of its own attributes to this effect, in 680 through the national project manager training and certification of personnel as a sample for investigation. From the aspects of income, comprehensive knowledge and management ability of statistical analysis of the impact of project management of the professional qualification authentication of practitioners, the sustainable development of the professional qualification certification for project management to provide theoretical support and data sources.
