知识产权质押融资问题研究

Study On Pledge Financing of Intellectual Property

知识产权质押融资是拓宽企业投融资渠道、促进创新发展的重要路径。近年来,我国知识产权质押融资取得突出进展,但仍然面临规模小、成本高、融资难、周期长的问题。本文分析其原因主要在于知识产权价值评估难、融资风险高、变现难度大、环境制约强,并基于此提出完善知识产权价值评估及质押融资制度的4点思考。

Intellectual property pledge financing is an important way to broaden the channels of enterprise investment and is conducive to enterprise innovation and development. In recent years, China＇s intellectual property pledge financing made outstanding progress, but still faced with problems such as small size, high cost, financing difficulties and long cycle. The reasons of these difficulties is that the evaluation of intellectual property value is difficult,the financing risk is high,the value is difficult to implement, and poor environment. Based on the above analysis, the author puts forward some suggestions on improving the value evaluation and pledge financing system of Intellectual property.
