新鲜羊膜覆盖术治疗急性眼表烧伤

Treatment with the covering fresh amnion for acute ocular surfaces burn

目的 探讨新鲜羊膜覆盖在急性眼表烧伤治疗中的作用。方法 对急性眼表烧伤 14例 19眼行新鲜羊膜覆盖术 ,术后观察眼表重建、视力恢复、睑球粘连情况。结果 术后 3周内 ,重建的眼表上皮愈合率和视力提高率分别达89.1%、78.9% ,睑球粘连发生率仅 5 .5 % .结论 在急性眼表烧伤治疗中 ,早期行新鲜羊膜覆盖可促进角膜上皮愈合 。

Objective To investigate the effect of covering treatment with fresh amnion for acute ocular surface burn . Methods The operation were performed for 14 patients by covering fresh amnion on 19 eyeballs of acute ocular surface burn .It was observed on ocular surface multiple bond ?vision recovery?symblepharon after operation.Results Epithelium healing rate of multiple bond ocular surface and vision recovery rate was 89.1%?78.9% in 3 weeks; symblepharon rate was only 5.5%. Conclusion As the early period of treatment , covering fresh amnions were operated on the acute superficial burn of the eyeballs ,and it can promote corneal epithelium healing and prevent symblepharon effectively.
