促进自备电厂参与风电替代的撮合模式研究

Research on Matching Model for Promoting Wind Power Alternative of Self-owned Power Plant

针对如何在市场机制的调节下促进自备电厂更公平地参与风电替代的问题,提出了计及网损的促进自备电厂参与风电替代的撮合方案。在分析替代交易对网损影响的基础上,建立以社会效益最大和网损最小为目标函数的自备电厂参与替代的撮合交易模型,并设计了相应的组织流程。通过算例验证该撮合模式能在兼顾促进风电消纳和市场机制的调节作用的前提下,推动自备电厂与风电企业更加公平、有序的开展替代交易。

Aiming at the problem that how to promote self-owned power plant to participate in wind power alternative under the adjustment of market mechanism, a matching model for promoting wind power alternative of self-owned power plant is proposed. On the basis of analyzing the influence of alternative trade on network loss, the model that taking maximum social benefit and minimal network loss as objective functions is established, and the corresponding organization process is designed. The matching model that can push self-owned power plant and wind power enterprises more fairly and orderly conduct the alternative transaction under the regulation of wind power energy consumptive and market mechanism is cerified by algorism case.
