污泥脱水性能测定对污泥调理与脱水的重要性分析 被引量:10

摘要 污泥机械脱水是污泥实现减量的重要环节,其关键在于污泥调理方式的选择和脱水机选型。当前常用的化学调理和污泥机械脱水机型的选择存在四方面的问题:一是化学调理药剂类型的选用;二是投加药剂投加量;三是脱水机机型选择;四是衡量污泥脱水性能主要指标比阻(SRF)和毛细吸水时间(CST)的测定尚缺少标准与规范的约束。通过一系列对比试验解决上述问题,为设计和实际运行提供有效支撑。 Mechanical sludge dewatering is an important part of sludge reduction.The key lies in the selection of sludge conditioning methods and types of dewatering machine.There are four issues in the choice of current commonly used chemical conditioning methods and mechanical sludge dewatering devices:(1)the selection of chemical conditioner;(2) the dosage of the chemical conditioner;(3)the choice of the mechanical dewatering device;(4)the lack of standard and specification constraints in determination of the key parameters-specific resistance to filtration(SRF)and capillary suction time(CST)of sludge dewatering properties.In this paper,a series comparative batch tests were conducted to solve above-mentioned problems and to provide effective technical support for design and practical operation.
