摘要
利用AFT Impulse管网流体动态分析软件进行模拟和计算,对核电站厂用水系统管网停泵水锤影响因素进行研究,并在此基础上进一步分析停泵水锤对各影响因素的敏感性。结果表明厂用水系统管网布置应避免较大高程差和"驼峰",否则系统停运时管网局部会产生较大真空。当采用卧式离心泵作为厂用水泵时,应配套采取相应的消除停泵水锤的措施。厂用水泵出口电动隔离阀的关闭时间应计算确定,合理设置。
The influencing factors of pump-stooping water hammer in service water system(SWS)of nuclear power plant was studied by simulation and calculation with AFT Impulse fluid dynamic analysis software.Based on this,the sensitivity of pump-stooping water hammer in SWS to various factors was further analyzed.The results showed that big elevation difference and hump layout should be avoided,otherwise high vacuum may occur in part of the pipe network when the system was down.When horizontal centrifugal pump was used in SWS,measures to avoid pumpstopping water hammer should also be considered.The turn-off time of isolating valve in SWS must be calculated and properly set.
