手术疗法在屈光性调节性内斜视矫治中的应用

Operation treatment on the rectification of refractive and regulative esotropia

目的 探讨手术疗法在屈光性调节性内斜视矫治中的应用。 方法 对 42例确定为完全调节性内斜视患儿 ,配戴最佳矫正视力的最大度数的眼镜 4周后 ,仍有斜视的患儿行手术矫正治疗。结果 术后眼位全部纠正 ,视力平均增加 0 .38,双眼同视功能恢复率 10 0 % ,融合和立体视恢复率分别达到 80 %和 76 % ,弱视治愈率 89.5 % .

Objective To study the effect of operation treatment on the rectification of refractive and regulative esotropia.Methods Forty-two cases who were regarded as complete regulative esotropia were wore glasses of maximum degree which were of best rectified effect, they accepted the treatment of rectified operation 4 weeks later. Results The position of the patients' eyes were all rectified and the average vision were increased 0.38,binocular vision were 100%, the recovery percent of the confluent and stereo were 80% and 76% respectively.The cure rate of amblypia were 89.5%.Conclusion The operation treatment on the refractive and regulative esotropia could improve the increase and recovery of the eyesight and visual function.
