摘要 乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitisBVirus，HBV）感染是重大传染性疾病，全球约2．4亿人感染HBV，我国慢性HBV感染者达9300万人，其中慢性乙型肝炎（chronichepatitisB，CHB）患者约2000万例[2]。CHB也是我国导致肝硬化、肝细胞肝癌（hepatocellularcarcinoma，HCC）的主要病因之一，
