摘要
采用不同类型聚合物短纤对氟碳防腐涂料进行增韧改性,通过冲击试验、中性盐雾试验、氙灯老化试验、红外测试和SEM表征等方法考察纤维改性增韧后的防腐涂层的耐腐蚀和老化行为。结果表明:聚合物纤维的加入能够明显提高涂层韧性,为纤维增韧涂层在海洋浪溅区的应用提供良好的数据基础。
In this paper, the different types of polymer fiber are used to toughen the fluoro- carbon anticorrosion coating. The corrosion resistance and aging behavior of the modified coating have been investigated through FT-IR testing, neutral salt spray test, xenon lamp aging test and SEM, etc. The results show that the addition of polymer fiber can obviously improve the coating toughness, which might provide a good data base for the application of fiber-rein- forced coating in the splash zone.
