网纹彩涂板纹路影响因素研究

Influential Factors on Wrinkles of Precoated Color Sheet

以聚酯树脂为主体树脂,制备了一种网纹效果卷材涂料,该涂料具有优异的装饰效果、良好的加工性能及耐化学品性。研究了涂层形成网纹效果的影响因素,结果表明:涂料体系中,封闭型催化剂的种类及用量对涂层纹路影响最大。当封闭型催化剂解封温度为120~130℃,添加量为1.0%~1.5%,可以形成良好的网纹效果。此外,还研究了消光粉用量、稀释剂种类、涂层膜厚及烘烤温度对涂层网纹效果的影响。

A textured coating having excellent decorative effect, good processability and chemical resistance has been prepared by using polyester resin as matrix binder. The influential factors on the textured effect of coating were studied. The result shows that the types and amount of blocking catalyst had the obvious influence on the coating appearance. When the deblocking temperature of blocking catalyst was between 120- 130 ℃ and its content is 1.0%- 1.5%, a good textured coating could be obtained. In addition, the influential factors such as matting agent content, diluents type, coating film thickness and baking temperature on the wrinkles of coating were also discussed.
