利用X荧光能谱仪快速测定合金钢中钒元素 被引量:2

摘要 在合金钢能量色散X射线荧光光谱的研究基础上,使用国产的XRF-6型能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪对合金钢中钒元素进行了分析技术研究。钒元素Kα特征射线能量值为4.95keV,与特征能量值为4.93keV的TiKβ峰叠加重合,TiKβ峰严重干扰钒元素的测定。文中研究了TiKβ峰干扰的快速扣除方法,利用TiKα峰比例扣除法可以快捷有效的排除TiKβ峰的干扰。工作曲线的制作和实际样品测定结果证明快速分析方法是可靠准确的。 The X-ray fluorescence spectrometric characteristics of vanadium in ferroalloy were studied by means of domestic XRF-6 type X-ray iluorescence energy spectrometer. value of vanadium element is 4.95keV, which is a peak superposition with characteristic energy of 4.93 keV TiKβ. Therefore, seriously interference was brought from TiKβ on the determination of vanadium. In this paper, the TiKβ peak interference quick deduction method was studied with TiKo peak proportional deductions based on fast processing methods, such as symmetric integral method. Working curve of the production and the actual sample measurement results showed that the rapid analysis method was reliable and accurate.
