生态格宾加筋红砂岩粗粒土路基施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 为探索红层地区公路填方路堤工程的格宾支挡结构施工技术,发挥格宾石笼和土工加筋二者的技术优势,本文结合工程实践分析了生态格宾加筋红砂岩粗粒土路基的基本构造原理、建造流程,以及施工准备、加筋格宾标准构件组装、加筋格宾构件分层现场拼装、面墙格宾网箱石料填充和路堤红砂岩粗粒土填料填筑等关键工序的施工技术和质量控制措施,可为制定生态格宾加筋红砂岩粗粒土路基的施工方案和施工质量控制提供指导. In order to explore the application technology of the gabion reinforced structure for the embankment in the red-bed area and to play the technical advantages of both gabion cage and geotechnical reinforcement, and based on the engineering practice, this paper analyzed the basic structure principle, construction process, construction preparation, reinforced gabion standard component production, reinforced gabion component layered field assembly, the face wall gabion cages filled with stone, embankment red-sandstone coarse-grained filling and other key processes of construction technology and quality control measures. It provides guidance for the construction scheme and construction quality control of the coarse grained soil sub-grade of gabion reinforced red-sandstone, and has broad engineering application prospect.
