光照对城市居住品质的影响——以成都市人民北路旧城改造项目为例

The Influence of Light Factors on Residential Quality in Urban Climate:A Case Study of the Old City Reconstruction Project of Renmin Road,Chengdu

随着旧城改造中的环境问题日益突出,人们对居住环境的要求也越来越高.在诸多影响城市环境气候的因素中,日照对居住区规划设计和建筑设计的影响最为突出.主要表现在日照间距、住宅通风、太阳辐射和建筑节能等方面.本文采用气候分析软件Ecotect对成都城北片区气候条件进行全面分析,通过对不同设计方案的对比,得出一个更加适合成都城北片区的设计策略,可为城北旧城改造以及其他居住区规划和建筑设计提供参考.

With the environmental problems increasingly in the transformation of the old city, people＇s living environment has become more and more demanding. Many factors affect the urban environment and climate, sunshine has the most prominent impact on residential planning and design. The eco-technology, the climate analysis software were used in the area north of Chengdu to conduct a comprehensive analysis of climatic conditions, through the comparison of different design schemes in order to get a more suitable for the northern area of the Chengdu＇s design strategy, providing reference for the planning and design of residential area north of the transformation of the old city.
