摘要
对氯碱项目的安全仪表系统的设计过程进行了介绍,举例说明了氯碱项目的 HAZOP分析结合风险矩阵分析的结果,根据此结果确定了进入安全仪表系统的联锁回路以及联锁回路的安全完整性等级,为氯碱项目的安全仪表系统的设计提供参考。
The design process of safety instrumented system of chlor - alkali project is introduced. The results of HAZOP analysis and risk matrix analysis of chlor - alkali project are illustrated. Based on this result, the safety integrity of interlocking circuit and interlocking circuit entering safety instrumented system is determined, and a reference for the design of safety instrumented system of chlor - alkali project is provided.
