摘要
通过JSA方法分析某炼油企业发油中心油品装车环节存在的风险问题,利用ALOHA软件对不同发车方式模拟风险后果评价,给出了在油品发车环节安全管理建议,对同行业油品装车环节安全管理具有重要的参考意义。
Based on the JSA method, the risk in the oil loading was analyzed for someone oil refinery. Risks evaluation was simulated and researched of u- sing ALOHA software in different ways of oil - loading forms. The suggestions and measures were given to the oil loading process. And some technical advices were offered for the management measures of oil center. Furthermore, it has very important reference significance to the same industry.
