摘要
为提高北京市建筑节能工程质量与检测工作,促进DB11/T 1249—2015《居住建筑节能评价技术规范》的理解与执行,重点对该标准的编制背景、原则、评价构架、等级划分思路、标准主要内容、与同类标准的对比及创新等方面进行解读。
To improve the quality of building energy conservation engineering and testing work and promote the understanding and implementation of Beijing DBll/T 1249--2015 Technical specification for evaluation of energy saving in residential buildings, this paper focuses on the interpretation of the background, principles, evaluation framework, classification, the main content and the contrast and innovation with similar standards.
