农村住宅建筑绿色化改造对策

SUGGESTIONS FOR GREEN TRANSFORMATION OF RURAL RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS

通过对山东多处新农村社区的调研,发现弃旧建新模式下的住宅建筑普遍存在的问题,绝大多数农民更倾向于在原有住宅基础上进行拆旧建新。农村绿色化改造应根据实际情况合理采取拆旧建新和弃旧建新两种方式,针对拆旧建新方式的农村在拟建及建造完成不久的两类住宅建筑,在个体及整体规划上给出绿色化改造建议。

In this paper, through the investigation of the new rural communities in Shandong, the paper points out some problems existing in the construction of the residential buildings in the old and new mode. Through the questionnaire survey, the vast majority of farmers are more inclined to the original residential building on the basis of the demolition of the old building new. That should take reasonable demolition of old buildings and building new and old building a new two way according to the actual situation of green transformation in rural areas, and the demolition of old buildings and building new rural construction and the way in two residential buildings completed soon, in the individual as well as the overall planning are green transformation suggestions.
