摘要
通过对北京市某医改试点单位医务人员工作积极性进行问卷调查,分析影响医务人员工作积极性的主要因素,从医务人员职业发展的内外在需求出发,完善管理措施,建立健全激励机制,充分调动医务人员的工作积极性,以期为公立医院改革全面推进提供参考和依据。
Through the questionnaire survey of the enthusiasm of the medical staff in the pilot unit of Beijing, the paper analyzes the main factors that affect the enthusiasm of the medical staff. Through starting from the internal and external needs of the medical staff career development, the management measure is perfected, the incentive mechanism is established, and the medical staff work enthusiasm is mobilized, in order to provide comprehensive reference and basis for the public hospital reform.
