摘要
目的评价岗位动态管理在住院一站式服务中心的应用效果。方法建立动态岗兼职护士库,对住院一站式服务中心的采血岗、心电图岗、导诊岗采用动态管理,让通过培训考核合格的动态岗护士跨科兼职。结果患者办理住院服务的时间平均缩短26.53 min,患者对住院服务中心服务满意的构成比从16%升高到64%,医院人力成本降低,约减少4.6名护士。结论实施岗位动态管理不仅可以有效解决护理人员结构性紧缺问题,达到人力资源的科学配置和合理使用,还可以改善患者就医体验。
Objective To evaluate the application effectiveness of dynamic post management in one-stop hospi- talized service center. Methods Establishing dynamic post part-time nurse library, and dynamically managing the blood hillock, ECG acquisition post and navigation post of the hospital one-stop service center. So the nurse who adopted the training and assessment can take a part-time job. Results The average admission service time of pa- tients was shorten to 26.53min. The proportion of patients' satisfaction to the service center increased from 16% to 64%. The inpatient service centers reduce 4.6 fixed nurses. Conclusion The implementation of nursing dynamic post management can not only effectively solve nurses structural scarcity, but also achieve scientific allocation and ratio- nal use of human resources and improve medical experience of patients.
