摘要
研究高技术产业、传统产业与区域经济创新系统间的耦合作用机理是求解区域产业协调发展的基础。基于系统论视角,首先,构建三系统间耦合关系动态理论模型,分析该模型内涵、特点、运行内在动力及发展周期。同时,引入负熵流分别在封闭系统环境和开放系统环境下建立三系统间耦合系统模型;其次,运用主成分分析法筛选并建立三系统耦合评价指标体系,构建系统耦合度和耦合协调度模型,以陕西省为例实证测算高技术产业、传统产业与区域经济之间的耦合作用;最后,利用BP人工神经网络动态适应性对耦合系统动态影响因子进行实证分析,找出对高技术产业、传统产业与区域经济耦合系统具有重要影响的因素。
The research on the coupling mechanism of high technology industry, traditional industry and regional economic coordination and development is the basis for solving the coordinated development of regional industry. This paper firstly constructs the theoretical model of the coupling relationship between the three systems based on the perspective of system theory, and analyzes the connotation, characteristics and the internal driving force and development cycle of the model. At the same time, negative entropy flow is introduced to establish the coupling system model of three systems in the closed system environment and open system environment. Secondly, using principal component analysis (PCA) to screen and set up evaluation index system of three coupled system, build the system coupling and coupling coordination degree model, empirical estimates high technology industry in Shaanxi province as an example, the coupling effect between traditional in- dustry and regional economy; Finally, using the dynamic adaptability of BP artificial neural network to make an empirical analysis of the dynamic factors that affects the coupling system, find out the high technology industry, the traditional industry and regional economy has the important influence factors of the coupling system.
