技术创新能力对创新资源与企业绩效关系的中介效应——以珠三角制造业为例

The Mediate Effect of Technological Innovation Capabilities between Innovation Sources and Enterprise Performance——A Study on Pearl River Delta Manufacturing Enterprises

创新资源作为创新活动的输入,是提高企业技术创新能力的关键要素,同时也是国家创新体系建设的源头。从外部创新资源角度探讨技术创新能力与企业绩效的关系,分析创新资源如何影响技术创新能力与企业绩效。以珠三角200家制造业企业为例,采用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究发现,创新资源对技术创新能力呈显著正向影响,即企业创新资源获取有利于提高技术创新能力;同时,技术创新能力中的策略规划能力对企业绩效呈显著正向影响,而学习能力、研发能力、资源运作能力、制造能力、营销能力和组织能力对企业绩效影响不显著;技术创新能力对创新资源与企业绩效的关系具有中介效应。

Innovation resource is not only the input of the innovation activity, hut also the key factor for providing the technical in novation capability to the enterprises, which has already become the source of national innovation system. This study discusses the relationship of the technical innovation capability and the enterprise performance, and analyzes influence of the innovation resource on the technical innovation capability and the enterprise performance from the view of external innovation resource. The study has collected the data about 200 manufacturing enterprises from Pearl River Delta by the questionnaire, and analyzed them with the structural equation modeling. The empirical results have turned out that the influence of innovation resource on the technical inno- vation capability is positive and obvious, that is, the enterprises improve the technical innovation capability by getting the innova- tion resource which is good for them. Meanwhile, it has also been found that the influence of the strategy planning capability un der the technical innovation capability on the enterprise performance is positive and obvious, however, the capabilities of study, R^J）, resource operation, manufacturing, marketing and organization on it is not obvious; the influence of technical innovation capability on the innovation resources and enterprise performance has the mediating effect.
