摘要
工业废弃物循环利用网络是企业间工业废弃物循环利用的一种有效的生态组织形式,其网络联动脆弱性严重阻碍了工业绿色循环低碳产业体系的形成与发展。为此,基于工业废弃物循环利用网络内涵和结构,从敏感性、适应性及恢复力3个方面分析网络成员间联动脆弱性表现形式和根源,同时分别从提高网络敏捷性、加强网络柔性、增强网络弹性3个方面构建相应解决机制,为工业废弃物循环利用网络发展提供科学参考。
The Industrial Waste Recycling Network is an effective form of ecological organization for the recycling of indus- trial wastes among enterprises. The existence of network linkage vulnerability seriously binders the formation and devel- opment of industrial green cycle low carbon industry system. In this paper, based on the connotation and structure of the industrial waste recycling network, this paper analyzes the manifestations and root causes of the linkage vulnerability be- tween the network members from the perspectives of sensitivity, adaptability and resilience, and simultaneously improves the agility of the network, strengthens the flexibility of the network, Increases the flexibility of the three aspects of the network to build the appropriate solution mechanism for the industrial waste recycling network to provide a scientific reference.
